First let me start by saying Thank You for taking the time to read my terms,
I do appreciate it *Ü*.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS

I may occasionally make small amendments to my terms in order to make things clearer in case of misunderstandings.

If you still have any questions no matter how silly you think they are, please just send me an email.

By Joining Misty's Getaway Membership Area, you are agreeing to my "Terms of use" below

Your membership allows you to use the graphics on this site in accordance with the terms of use that are stated below. You are purchasing a license to use them, that's it.

Do not take any Graphics from pages that I have a no right click on.
The NRC is there for a reason and that is that they are not to be taken and not to be given away.

Due to the nature of my graphics they are NOT to be used for Line Art, Embroidery Patterns or any other craft patterns.

No refunds will be given once the password information has been sent out to you.

Anyone wanting to join, must put one of my membership logos on their site in your membership area and link the logo to:-

I will check my members sites from time to time to see if they have the logo up.
You have 5 days from the day you Join to add your logo or a text link.
If I see that the logo is not up your membership will be Suspended until it is up.
This is for your protection. That way no one can accuse you of anything.
If you continue to use my graphics after you are no longer a member, then I require a link back on each page that they are displayed.

If you do not have a website that is ok, but you must still abide by my terms.
If you do not have a website yet you can add logo once you do *Ü*

The graphics are to be used on a family friendly site, they are not to be used on pages which contain adult material, violence, profanity, cruelty to animals, abuse of any kind (or anything similar).

If I see that my Terms are not being met...I will contact you privately and help you out as much as I can as I do understand that people are new and may unintentionally make a mistake.

If however you are not willing to work with me, I will not enjoy doing it but you will leave me no choice than to Cancel your Membership with NO refund given.

YOU MAY NOT:

Claim Graphics as your own.

You May Not pass these graphics through any E-mail Groups, Tube groups or Graphic groups.

You may not share or give your password to anyone, for any reason.
Members who are found to be sharing passwords will forfeit the remainder of their membership time without refund.

You may not offer the graphics for download as they are (single or in a collection)
nor offer them for sale or for free in its original form.

You may not write Tutorials with anything that is inside my membership area without my permission.

YOU MAY USE THE GRAPHICS TO:

Make websets which you make for others or sell from your site.

Make Stationary, Adoptions, Premades, Signature Tags, Animate, Resize, Colorize etc. for your personal use or to sell.

Be as creative as you like and have fun *Ü*

You may tube if you want without paying any fee but not to be offered for download
or shared with others in their original form.
The only graphics/lineart you are NOT allowed to tube are the
special characters which are clearly marked.
To tube these characters you will need to buy a Tube License.

YOU MAY USE THE LINEART TO:

After you have coloured the lineart, the end result is yours to do with as you please.
For example :-
You may make it available in your members area.
You may combine it with other graphics.

YOU MAY NOT:

You may not offer my lineart as they are in their original form, free or for a fee.

You may not claim the result of any lineart as your original artwork.

You may not alter the lineart by adding changing or subtracting and call them your own.

You may not Cut and Paste my lineart on to Others and claim them as your own.

You may not write Tutorials with them, my Outlines are and always will be Copyrighted to me - They are my own creations.

You may not pass my Outlines around to anyone at all even if they are your friends,
if they want my outlines they must join.

TUTORIALS :

The Results of any tutorials are yours to do with as you please *Ü*
For example :-
You may offer it as a tube.
You may make it available in your members area.

You may make websets, Stationary, Adoptions, Premades, Signature Tags, for your personal use or to sell.

YOU MAY NOT:

All tutorials are not to be placed on your website, or passed through emails or any groups.
You may not turn any of the tutorials into lineart to offer on your website.

BASES:

I offer both lineart bases for you to color and also precolored bases.
All the bases are there for you to use your own creativity to color
and decorate, put clothes on, make a graphic out of it, add another graphic to it,
they are NOT to be offered as "bases only".
I do not allow the lineart bases or precolored bases to be given out or sold just as bases.

SPECIAL CHARACTERS:

I offer both lineart and graphics.
All the special characters are NOT to be tubed in any way at all,
to do this you will need to buy a Tube License.

**PLEASE NOTE **

I believe, that if I had to pay to join & view your members only area,
that you must do the same to view mine.
I am an honest person and have nothing to hide from anyone,
but I also believe that fair is fair "trust" goes both ways.
So in saying that, unless you have purchased or been gifted a
membership you will not be granted access to my members area.

By joining you are agreeing to my Terms whether you have read them or not.
It is your responsibility to read them.
You will be held to them weather you take the time to read them or NOT
NO refunds will be Given once your password and username has been activated.
These Terms may sound harsh but they are purely for my own and my members protection.
